PANDION THE HAUS celebrates topping-out ceremony

The housing project PANDION THE HAUS in Berlin has completed and important step on the way to its completion. The topping-out ceremony that was celebrated at the end of May with around 80 guests marks the final phase of the construction work.

The ensemble that is being built between the KaDeWe and the Memorial Church on Kurfürstendamm represents a modern architectural highlight and will be ready for occupancy in 2020. Its design opens up visual axes in every direction over the City West – embodies by stylish details such as the bay window spanning two floors.

The architects Axthelm Rolvien GmbH & Co. KG from Potsdam were in charge of the planning and design work for PANDION THE HAUS. A total of 65 one- to four-room freehold apartments between 37 and 148 square metres in size are being built in this exclusive location near the Berlin Zoo. They offer a high quality standard with floor-to-ceiling windows, terraces and underground garages.
