Largest topping-out ceremony in company history at PANDION PENTA

September 2019

In Munich's district Pasing-Obermenzing, near Nymphenburger Schlosspark, we celebrated the topping-out ceremony of our housing project PANDION PENTA on September 11th. With more than 400 guests, it was the largest topping-out ceremony in the history of our company. The celebration took place in the protected inner courtyard of the pentagonal residental complex, where the band Tromposaund accompanied the celebration with modern brass music. "We are delighted about the great interest shown in the construction progress of this major project and that we were able to celebrate this milestone with our numerous guests. It was a great evening", says owner and PANDIONs CEO Reinhold Knodel (below left), summing up the event. In addition to Knodel, city councillor Alexander Reissl (left) and architect Prof. Dr. Rudolf Hierl (right) also addressed the construction project.

PANDION PENTA is part of the new 33-hectare quarter on Paul-Gerhard-Allee. After its completion in 2020, the residential building will offer 293 apartments with 1 to 4 rooms and between 38 and 125 square metres of living space on a total site area of around 19,200 square metres. The buildings of the new residental project are arranged in form of a pentagon - a design by the Munich architect Prof. Dr. Rudolf Hierl.
