PANDION NEUN FREUNDE

Living in the trendy Ehrenfeld district: as part of the growing "Ehrenveedel", PANDION 9 FREUNDE is creating 117 modern and generously sized condominiums with green parkland. Each of the one- to four-room apartments has a balcony, loggia or terrace. Occupancy is planned for spring 2023.

Beat

The outstanding urban development project on Munich’s eastern station is the factory quarter. The architects from holger meyer architektur responsible for PANDION OFFICEHOME Beat have come up with a striking and at the same time elegant office complex in an “industrial look” on its southern boundary. PANDION is building some modern offices with plenty of scope for various designs on a total of 29,000 square metres.

PANDION PENTA

A new urban district in Munich is emerging in Pasing-Obermenzing. PANDION is building around 300 of the total of 2,400 apartments there. The buildings in the new PANDION PENTA building project are arranged in the shape of a pentagon – and have been planned by the Munich offices of Hierl Architekten. A park for a variety of different leisure-time activities and games has been created in the inner courtyard.
