In November 2024, we handed over the OFFICEHOME Zinc office building to the single-tenant Enpal. The building is part of the trend-setting OFFICEHOME Ostkreuz Campus, which impresses with its central location between Mediaspree, Rummelsburger Bucht and Ostkreuz in Berlin-Friedrichshain. The six-storey office and commercial project in industrial chic style was designed by Collignon Architekten and offers plenty of space for new ways of working.

In Berlin-Kreuzberg, PANDION 2021 has completed OFFICEHOME The Shelf, an 18,000 square metre office building that stands out with its generous two-storey, funnel-shaped opening, through which the lively urban space flows into the inner courtyard of the property. The offices will be used as the headquarters of the cooking box company HelloFresh SE.
